When NH4Cl is dissolved in H2O (water) it will dissociate (dissolve) into NH4+ and Cl- ions. ... The equation for NH4Cl (Ammonium chloride) and H2O sometimes isn't considered a chemical reaction since it is easy to change the NH4+ and Cl- back to NH4Cl (just let the H2O evaporate...hope this helps u..
