Will the block of ice kept in a room at normal temperature radiates more than it absorbs ?

A block of ice present in room temperature radiates less but absorbs more.

This is because melting of ice is an endothermic process.
So in an endothermic process heat is absorbed.
So block of ice absorbs more but radiates only less amount of heat as it uses up the heat that it has absorbed.
