IF YOU ADD WATER IN CONCENTRATED SUBSTANCE IT WILL BECOME DILUTE AND DILUTE SUBSTANCE HAS LOW OH IONS.

yes because OH^-ions posses the negative charged ions they are very highly concentrated and whenever we add water to it starts to blast and it can be very dangerous also
