No the momentum will not remain constant as according to the principle of conservation of momentum the momentum of a system remains constant unless an external force acts on it

No, the momentum will not remain constant as according to the principle of conservation of momentum the momentum of a system remains constant unless an external force acts on it. If an external force is acted on a body to move it, the body accelerates. So the momentum cannot be a constant. But, if the force cannot make a body move like the push of a boy on a wall, The body remains at rest and the momentum of the body remains zero.
