Will there be a drag for a solid body already dragged due to reaction?

Yes ,

There should be a drag for a solid body already dragged due to a reaction .

But the drag can only be in contact when the body is in contact with fluid .

Remember that

Fluid is must as if the fluid is not there then we can't drag the body .

Drag is a aerodynamic resistance to the motion of the objects .

Hey mate !!!  Answer :-  Yes.  There will be a drag for a solid body which was already dragged due to reaction.  This occurs only in fluids .  Fluids are liquids which generally flow.  Hope it helps
