Will they give dams in map pointing for class 10th board exam 2019-2020 as it is not in consideration in board exam as given in the syllabus and only there for periodic test!!??

There is a big chance for them to come, because they were there in the CBSE Official Sample Paper 2019-20 and are also mentioned in the curriculum given by CBSE for maps (at the last two pages of the pdf).

So for being on a safer side, you should practice them.
