will trees reduce ground water during transpiration in forests

the trees will absorb the water from soil but they will not reduce the groundwater in forest because the ground water get replenished and there is plenty of water.

> Trees will surely absorb the ground water with their roots but Transpiration ( The process of evaporation if excess water from leaves to form clouds) will lead to rain and will return the water the tree had used. A small change may occur in the quantity of ground water though. But most probably it won't affect the place..
