The form of government where one person or one political entity gets all the authority and control over the government is called dictatorship.

In a dictatorship government only the authority or dictator has all the power to make decisions.

People have no right to equality or personal freedom to enjoy in dictatorship unlike democracy.

People are forced to follow everything the dictator say even it is against their interest.

Government here is based on brute force and no value to public opinion is given

A 'dictatorship is an authoritarian form of govt'. characterised by a 'single leader' with little or no toleration for 'independent programs or media', or 'political pluralism'. A common aspect which characterizes dictatorship is they take advantage of its strong personality in order to maintain the total political, social and stability, usually in suppressing the freedom of  expression and thought of the masses of people. Dictatorship societies typically use political propaganda to reduce the influence of proponents of alternative systems of governance

EXPLANATION:

  • Dictatorship is a form of government that gives all power and government control to a single person or political entity. Only the strength of the authority or of the ruler may decide.
  • There is no right, unlike democracy, to equal rights or freedom to experience a dictatorship. Everything the dictator says is forced to be followed even against their interest.
  • Policy is relentlessly based and no interest is given to public opinion. Government is based on brute force and no value to public opinion is given.
