The answer is:

We will not remain healthy if we only drink milk because our body needs many nutrients and milk will only provide some and not all so we need to eat and drink all types of food and drinks .

We should have a balanced diet which contains vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, roughage, protiens, calcium, iodine, potassium, phosphorus and all other essential nutrients to be fit and healthy .

Well, a balanced diet is that which contains all components of food like: carbohydrates, fats, proteins, roughage, water, vitamins and minerals.
Milk is a food item having six components out of seven i.e. it lacks in roughage which is also a very essential nutrient as it helps in digestion of food. So, if we drink only milk, then we won't be getting roughage. Therefore, we can't remain healthy if we drink only milk. We need to take other fruits, veggies, chapatti, pulses, etc. that form a balanced diet.
