Wine up a twin tube light circuit and check its functioning

First, I'd step away from the circuit. Then adjust my gloves to make sure I won't get shocked. After that will be the actual testing, where the lights would hopefully light up no problem. It's possible that something could be wrong with the wiring that would stop it from working. Any adjustments could be easily made, safety must just be a priority.
