wire is stretched from a length of 1 meter to 3 meter, the original resistance was 10 ohms find the new resistance??

If the wire is stretched then the length will increase but the other dimension will decrease . Hence if the area of cross section is same then the resistance will remain same. But if you cut the wire instead of stretching it then the resistance may vary.
