wire of length 22 cm is bend in the form of circle find the area of the circle .also if the same wire wire bent in the form of a square would its area be more or less?

radius of circle is 3.5cm
area of square is 30.25 square cm
area of square is less than area of circle

lenghth of wire=circum. of circle so r =22*7/22*2=7÷2 therefor radius=7/2....
now area of circle=πr^2=22/7*7/*7/2=38.5cm sq.
and lenghth of wire=lenght of perimeter=22cm
therefore side 22÷4=11/2 now area == (11/2)^2=30.25
