⭐. Tagoreś famous lyric, " A Little Grain of Gold" is the 50th poem in Gitanjali.

⭐. In this poem , Tagore depicts the strange ways in which God tes His devotees.

⭐. If we sow beans , we get the harvest of beans only .

⭐. Similarly man receives the effects of his efforts depending on what he does and how does it.

⭐. Here, the poet beggar realizes that he has behaved in a miserly and materealistic manner.

⭐. Therefore , the fruits he has recieved are meagre due to his thrifty nature.

⭐. He is unable to realize that when the king has aked him for alms , it is only a test to detect his generosity.

⭐. That is whyvhe offers the king of kings only a little grain of corn.

⭐. But , at the end of the day wisdom dawns on him that one receives what he sows.
