from this Mrs. Packletide wanted to show that she had achieved a lot more than what Loona Bimberton had got. so she wanted to host a party telling that it was in the honour of Loona Bimberton but she would talk about how she went on the tiger hunt and the rug which was made of tiger skin would cover her floor. that is what she meant by foreground.
