Ratio of Average Speed = 40 : 35 = 8 : 7.

So,
Ratio of the Time Taken = 7 : 8.

Difference In Time = 15 minutes

8 * 15 = 120 Minutes.
Second Train Takes 120 minutes (2 hours) to reach there.
Distance = 35 * 2 = 70 Km. is your answer
