Velocity of the particle at t=2 s

\large\rm { \vec{v} = \vec{u} + \vec{a} t}

where t = 2 s

\large\rm { \therefore \vec{v} \bigg |_{t=2s} = (2 \hat{i} + 3 \hat{j}) + ( 4 \hat{i} + 2 \hat{j} ) 2 }

\large\rm { = 10 \hat{i} + 7 \hat{j}}

Displacement:

\large\rm { \vec{S} = ut + \frac{1}{2} at^{2}}

\large\rm { \therefore \vec{S} \bigg |_{t=2s} = 12 \hat{i} + 10 \hat{j}}

So, second option is correct.
