I am a student of +2 and preparing for my final exams. In my locality a function is going on. They are using loudspeaker which starts from early morning 4.30 am and continues till midnight nonstop.

l find it very difficult to concentrate on my studies. My grandmother who is eighty years old also finds it difficult to rest.I request you to look into this matter as early as possible
