Let us take Tamilnadu for example, Government has taken steps to give loan to small-scale unit run purely by women.  It is known as “Suya Siru Tholil Munaivor”.  These units are run by a group of women and their products are sold by Government units itself.  These women make candles, ornaments etc.  Loans are also provided to these groups of women.  Isn’t it a constructive change?

In the field of Agriculture, we see women joining hands and doing wonders. Any field, wherever a group of women is working, there will be smooth functioning of the business and a constructive change will be evident.
