The possible harm from earthquake and storm,on a building the foundation may not be strong or the land is a watered land filled up with sand,or the product of the building materials are not quality one can cause earthquake and for storm,it can be caused by littres inside the guttre,they cant be enough way through which the water can flow easily,then the solution for such is that littres should not be dropped into the guttres.Thanks
