with reference to electoral constituencies state how the elections are held in India

There are 4 types of elections are held in India . 1) General election :- This election are held in every 5 years. These election are conducted for electing the member of Lok Sabha . 2) Assembly election :- this election is also held in every 5 years . The state assembly election in India the election in which the Indian voter choose the members of Vidhan Sabha . 3) Rajya Sabha election :- The member of Rajya Sabha elected by the governing body of each state . There are 250 members out of which 12 are elected by the president .  4) President elections​ :- elected member of the houses , Vidhan Sabha are assigned the task of electing the president .
