With reference to the United Nations, examine' Composition of the Security Council, and any two of its functions'

 The Security Council is considered the important organ of the government. There are fifteen member countries that make up the Security Council. Among these fifteen permanent members are - USA, UK, France, Russia & China.
To make decisions a majority vote of at least nine members is required. For every decision the vote of five permanent members is necessary.
Functions of the Security Council are :
1.It investigates any dispute which may lead to international tension and to settle disputes through mediation,negotiations and recommendations.
2. If all its measures fail then it resorts to military action.

It is also used in the woods for pulling heavy logs of timber from one place to another by its strength of the tusk. Children enjoy elephant ride also.The camel is a large animal. It has four long and slender legs, a small head, a long neck and a large stomach. It can store large quantity of water in its stomach for use in near future. It has a hump on its back. It lives on herbs. But when hungry, it can eat anything it finds near at hand-bones, skin, fish, even a blanket.
