Ah, this activity is easy to simulate. Take a glass, pour cold liquid inside and keep it outdoors (Do this experiment in the humid season for better results). After a while, it'll be noticed that tiny droplets of water has accumulated on the outer surface of the cold glass. To explain this phenomenon, the concept of humidity is introduced which states that at any given temperature, in the air around us, there is a certain percentage of water vapour. And this vapour when comes in contact with any surface cooler than the triple point of water, condenses as water droplets thus establishing credibility in the theory.

Hey there,
The simplest method is to part fill a glass with ice and water. Cover it then leave it to stand in a small dish. Another method is to use dry ice. Hold a piece of dry ice and explain that what you see. When you see fogyish material is is water vapor.
