Aim : to show that exhaled air contains CO2

Procedure : Put the mouse in a place and cover it with bell jar .. and in 2nd apparatus put mouse and a plant ..

.

observations : in 1st one mouse dies as there is no availability of O2

in 2nd mouse lives as the CO2 it exhales is used by plant and in turn O2 is released which is used by mouse ..

so both are benefitted

Conclusion : exhaled air has CO2.
