• If the alien species is a plant, then, it may get in symbiotic relations with natural plants and help them develop. But, that is not always the case.....Some species may start competing with natural vegetation and may throw over the species from that area.
• If the alien species is an animal, then it may result in the depletion of the original species of animals as it may interfere in the food chain and may disturb the Predator-Prey balance.
