Conductors ===>>They allow easy flow of electric current and heat to pass through them.Metals like copper,aluminium etc...are good conductors of electricity .
Uses ===>>They are widely used in making utensils as they allow heat to pass through them and that makes the food get cooked .

Insulators ===>>They dont ××× allow passage of electricity and heat through them .Diamonds , rubber ,glass etc...are some of the examples .
Uses ===>> Insulatos are used to make coverings of wires , electric switches and other objects to protect or to resist heat ....
