when I ride on bicycle against the wind it was difficult but it was easy to ride in the direction of wind. so that we can say that air exerts pressure.

Explanation:

I experienced that air exerts pressure around us after I was flying my kite when the wings of the kite reacted against the air to create a lift and drag. This is also an observation I made with our school flag. I  noted that air has mass, hence particles of air push in all directions; thus, the force exerted is referred to as air pressure.
