NoOH is monoacidic base

Hence, 1M NaOh = 1N NaOH

6M NaOh = 6N NaOh

3M NaOh = 3N NaOh

Accordingly,

N1V1 + N2V2 = NV

 = > (1 \times 1) + (1 \times 6) = 3v \\  = > 1 + 6 = 3v \\  = > 7 = 3v \\  = > v =  \frac{7}{3}

Hence 7÷3 litre of NaOH is required.

Hope it helps.
