This question is very simple. Only you have to apply an identity.

Identity =  If a+b+c = 0, Then a^{3} +b^{3} +c^{3} = 3abc

Therefore as we can see,

17 + (-12) + (-5) = 0

Therefore we can apply the identity and hence

(17)^3+(-12)^3+(-5)^3 = 3 * 17 * (-12) * (-5)

Note that there are two negative numbers, Therefore The answer will be positive.

Therefore,

=3060

Therefore your answer is 3060.

Hope it helps.
