Solution:-
Relative speed =(45+30)
=>75km/h
In order to change it into m/s we'll multiple it by 5/18
 =  > 75 \times  \frac{5}{18}  \\  =  >  \frac{125}{6} m \: per \: sec
Now,
We have find the Time taken by slower train to pass the driver of the faster train.

Hence,
Distance covered=Length of slower train
=>500m

Required time=
 =  > 500 \times  \frac{6}{125}  \\  =  > 24seconds
