Women acting as a mentor and guide to other women and girls

Women can understand and empathize with other women and girls far better than men. If women act as mentors and guides to other women and girls, there will surely be better results. In the recent past crimes and offences against women and girls have risen. In most of the cases offences done were by men who were their so-called mentors or guides.

A woman mentor or guide will never cause any offence against another women or girls. They will treat them motherly and guide them better. Men have their own vested lewd interests.

I would like to quote the example of Miss Sullivan and Helen Keller here. The former was the latter’s great mentor. If Helen had some male mentor, she would never have achieved so much success as she achieved with Miss Sullivan’s guidance.

Hence, it is proven scientifically that women acting as mentors and guides to other women and girls is a far better option than any other option.

Women should be mentors to other women and girls.

They should uplift each other by encouraging each other instead of being disrespectful to each other.

When women support each other they help to nurture the talents and the abilities they have.

Being a mentor means that they get to guide each other through what is right or wrong.
