Woman empowerment does not mean to giveextra facilities to women so as to prove their weakness rather we should uphold their strength. This should be started right from our house.
1. Stop telling ur daughters and sisters to think in a way a lady should as per society. This makes the very lady potray weak and submissive. They should be let go to think in her own way that will build up her own thought and will enhance a mental strength.
2. We should not always protect the girls or keep them away from the things that we think is tough for them to do. It decreases their confidence. They should be let free to try whatever work they want to do may it be a manly work the rest will depend on her.
3. We should stop imposing our thoughts on the girls. She should be asked to take her own decisions, if she is wrong she should be told the consequences. She should be let free to do everything she wants because every person learns from their mistakes.
4. We should stop protecting our girls every time and teach them to fight for themselves.
