No,it should not be like that.Women not only should work in kitchen but also work in offices.They can manage both works.Women should possess equal rights as men as there is a fundamental right : RIGHT TO EQUALITY. So,there should not be gender discrimination.
But according to the right to equality, men can also work in kitchen.But they can not manage both works. But women can manage even hundreds of works. She works very hard till she gets success. So,women should not work only in kitchen and men should work only in offices. There is no rule like that.
