Wood is a cheap fuel especially in the village. Is it a good idea to use wood as fuel? Give reasons for your answer.

no it is not a good fuel because it creates a lot of pollution and it also does not comebust completely that is it leaves Ashes after it burns it also causes a lot of pollution which is not healthy if inhaled and also it does not have large calorific value that is it does not produce much heat

Wood is a cheap fuel but it has many disadvantages.Some of them are:

• It causes air pollution.

• It decreases the amount of trees in the atmosphere.So the amount of carbon dioxide will increase and leads to global warming

So,it is not a good idea to use wood as a fuel
