Then, (X + 4) (X + 5) = (X – 5) (X + 20)
X^2 + 5 X + 4 X + 20 = X^2 + 20 X – 5 X – 100
9 X + 20 = 15 X – 100
15 X – 9 X = 100 + 20
6 X = 120
X = 120/6
X = 20
Then, the value of X is 20.
