The bulb will not glow. This is because the two terminals of the cell are connected to the single terminal of the bulb. This is equivalent to the bulb not being connected in the circuit at all. The two terminals of the battery should be connected to the two terminals of the cell.  Hope its helpful :)

Hey there !

Solution:

The bulb will not glow.

This is because for a complete circuit to be formed, the wires from two terminals carrying charges must be fixed at two different terminals in an electric gadget such as bulb. This can only give rise to a complete circuit and hence ensure proper flow of charges.

In this question, the attachment shows the bulb to be connected with two wires arising from different terminals but terminating at the same terminal of the bulb. This would result in a incomplete circuit and thus would make bulb remain unchanged without any glow.

Hope my answer helped !
