Heard about the incidences of measles across the US?
Technology has made the epidemics of measles, mumps, even polio, that were routine when I was a child.
With the exception of polio, if it went around, I caught it.
Does anyone really want to go back to that? Or how about the days before penicillin and other common antibiotics? Didn't think so.
Technology isn't simply about computers and cell phones; it extends to medicines, the quality of the home you live in (think insulation, heat pumps, and so on), and so on.
