Nitrifying bacteria is present in a aquarium. They are good bacteria and help natural biological aquarium filtration.They break down the organic waste.

Absolutely. Bacteria virtually colonized every environment on earth and are found nearly everywhere. Also, Fish themselves harbor a lot of bacterial communities.

Depending on the kind of aquarium (Fresh water, salt water, temperature, fish species, and so on), you would find different kind of bacteria, though.

It would actually be very very difficult to keep an aquarium bacteria-free. That would require to filter sterilize your aquarium water, never expose it to a new sterile environment, not to mention you have to get what we call “germ-free animals” to put inside it, which is not easy to come by.
