No. Bacteria belong to the kingdom Monera, and yeast belong to the kingdom Fungi. Plants belong to the kingdom Plantae, and are eukaryotic, multicellular, autotrophic organisms. Both bacteria and yeast are unicellular. Bacteria are also prokaryotes, meaning that they lack a membrane bound nucleus. Thus bacteria and yeast cannot to be classified as plants because they lack the characteristics which are common to plants.
