Answer- Morning walks are very important for us to maintain our health. Most of the people complain that they don't have the time for it, but even a simple 10 min is good enough. It refreshes our mind and helps us set our goal for the day. The cool winds calm our body and help us think better. It also stimulates our  mind and keeps it ready for the day. many people complain that they sweat in the morning due to it and hence, don't like to go for it. But what they don't realise is that the same ten or fifteen minutes is very helpful.
