Here ,

16 = 2⁴ => log 16( base 2 ) = 4---( 1 )

It is not Equal to log 16( base 4 )

Since ,

log 16( base 2 ) = log 2⁴ ( base 2 ) = 4

log 16( base 4 ) = log 4²( base 4 ) = 2
