The three major types of cells in our body are:-

i) Muscle cells:-

Muscle cells are the cells that makes up muscle tissue and executes muscle contractions. They are also known as myocyte.

ii) Nerve cells:-

Nerve cells are the cells of nervous system which controls all types of body activities. They are also known as neuron.

iii) Red blood cells:-

Red blood cells contain the pigment haemoglobin which imparts the red colour to blood and transport oxygen and carbon dioxide to and from the tissues. They are also known as erythrocytes.

(ii) RBC (Red blood cells)
(iii) Muscle cell

* Nerve cell--→ THE CELLS WHICH ARE OF NERVOUS SYSTEM AND CONTROLS ALL TYPES OF BODY ACTIVITIES IS KNOWN AS NERVE CELL.

* RBC (Red blood cells)--→ THE CELLS WHICH CONTAIN PIGMENT HAEMOGLOBIN, AND IMPARTS THE RED COLOUR TO BLOOD AND TRANSPORTS OXYGEN TO CARBON DIOXIDE TO FORM TISSUES IS KNOWN AS RBC.

* Muscle cell--→ THE CELLS THAT MAKE UP WITH THE MUSCLE TISSUE AND EXECUTES MUSCLE CONTRADICTION IS KNOWN AS MUSCLE CELL.
