In uniform circular motion an object moves in circular path with constant speed and direction of motion changes every point of motion.
Hence the motion is accelerated.
Some of real life applications:
--> Revolution of planets around sun.
---> Satellites orbiting earth or heavenly bodies.
--> In most of the amusement parks , we see gaint wheel, merry go round etc.
--> Movement of blades of fan.
---> Movements of minute hands of clock.

Uniform Circular Motion :-

Uniform circular motion can be described as the motion of an object in a circle at a constant speed. As an object moves in a circle, it is constantly changing its direction of motion. At all instances, the object is moving tangent to the circle. This happens because of a centripetal force, a force pointing towards the center of a circle, an acceleration vector towards the center of the circle and a velocity tangent to the circle. The speed of an object in uniform circular motion is constant because after all that's what makes it uniform. But the velocity is always changing.

Examples of Uniform Circular Motion -

1) Amusement park ride.

2) Satellites orbiting the Earth and our natural satellite Moon's motion around the earth.

3) Movement of a windmill.

4) An athelete running on a circular track.

5) Marry go round.
