the five difference between prokaryotic cell and eukaryotic cell is
1.firstly nuclear membrane is absent in prokaryotic cell and present in eukaryotic cell.

2 in prokaryotic cell genetic material is made of circular DNA called GENOPHORE. whereas in eukaryotic cell it is associated with chromosome.

3.only one chromosome is present in prokaryots and two or more present in eukaryotes

4.in prokaryots cell wall contain amina sudmgars and muramic acid whereas in eukaryotes cell walk doesn't contain these substance................
