My name is Rahul Mishra, and I am a student of class IX-A in your school. I want to inform you that I will not be able to attend the school today, i.e., 29/11/2018. This is because of the severe eye infection that I am affected with. I need the leave in order to visit an Eye-Specialist as the pain is unbearable.
Therefore, I request you kindly to allow me a leave for the above-mentioned date. I hope you will find my request reasonable and will allow me a day to visit the Doctor.
