Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect , I beg to state that we are lagging behind other sections in our syllabus for English and maths as our maths teacher Mr ABC had gone on a vacation and our English teacher Ms xyz was unable to take out classes due to ill health.
We , students of class 10A , will be highly thankful and obliged if you arrange extra classes of maths and English for our section so that we can cope up with our syllabus as soon as possible and prepare for our examinations .
