Dear Sir,

We are members College Literary Club-Shristi. We would like to ask for your permission to allow us to conduct a a movie presentation about the modern Day Approach of Student Youths about Advance Literature. With your permission we would like to have this event take place in our college auditorium. The Auditorium is a perfect venue for us to have this event since we are expecting participants from other schools and universities as well. Its just a 1 day event.Hope you could let us use the facility for this good intention on our part. Hoping for a feedback from you soon

SUB: Requesting a change in CCA activity

I wish to bring to your notice the existing co-curricular activities and the interests of the class 8 students. We have music and crafts class for our CCA period. But many of the students are interested in dancing and painting activities. There are some of us who show extraordinary skill in dancing and painting.

So I request you to change the co-curricular activities for class 8 to include dancing and painting classes along with existing craft classes and remove the music class from our schedule. So I want to use the auditorium.

I hope you will understand the student interests and do the needful.
