Let's face it, junk food is tasty. We are all guilty of munching on a few snacks even though we know the bad effects of junk food. Burgers, fries, pizzas the list goes on. But why are they called 'harmful'? Well junk food is oily, heavy and incredibly bad for your digestive system. The effect of junk food on your body is always disastrous. It is unhealthy and causes many disease like hypertension, blood clotting and depression. Junk food is a present trend among youngsters.They don't care how expensive it is, how it has no food value. It is 'fast' and time-saving as well. Junk food is not an alternative to proper homemade food.
