Basic human rights include the right to life, right to fair trial, right to remedy by competent tribunal, right to liberty and personal security, right to own property, right to education, right of peaceful assembly and association, right to marriage and family, right to nationality and freedom to change it.
We are asked to write an article on human rights. Our article on human rights will be written as under:
Every human being is entitled to certain rights regardless of their gender, caste, faith, religion, nation, geography, or economic condition. These deal with how the person should conduct themselves with others. These rights are legitimate anywhere a person goes and at all times. this right has been granted to us by the law of the country.
Some of the rights are called basic rights and the other rights are those that have been given to us depending on the country in which we stay. We are required not to encroach on others' rights. If we do there may be consequences that we may have to pay.
Even in spite of the above rules regarding our rights they are restricted by others. Sometimes they may even be restricted by the country in which we live. For example, it is the right of a person to wear what he wants but in some countries, this right is encroached on.
