I am new to selling to selling books on Amazon…I received an order for a book , and I mistakingly sent the wrong book , I discovered this error , I quickly sent the correct book, confirmed shipment…the Buyer has collected the two books …even though I informed him of the tracking number of the wrong book…that he should not collect , so the post office can return back to me. I have sent repeated email, this Buyer will not respond at all…my thinking is to issue him a refund for the cost of mailing it back and envelope
