1. The conflicts that developed between Arabs and Jews are often described as the west Asian conflicts
2. It was mainly related to the occupation of Palestine
3. In it is situated Jerusalem,which is the holy city for Jews, Christians and Muslims alike
4. The Jews traditionally considered Palestine as their "Promised Land"
5. Zionist Movement was started which called for uniting Jews to reclaim Palestine
6. In 1947 ,UN passed a resolution according to which Palestine was divided into two states - Arab and Jewish States
7. Israel is created for Jews
8. The problem was intensified with the formation of organization called "PLO"
9. Israel occupied Palestine
10. Palestinians are still fighting for their home land and peace
